Dear Brothers & Sisters; Now is the time to contact
your legislators in the House of Representatives and ask them to cosponsor
and support H.R. 3040. Roughly about
100 members out of approximately 1,019 active Wisconsin members have
contacted their Congressman by using the HR 3040 site (below). We can do
better-We must do better. Please post the link on all UTU bulletin boards and
